This week, our Comms Crew has been actively sharing our stories, curating beautiful work, and showing how our students get smart. Here is a look at what the team has achieved across the Trust.
Growing Our Crew and Global Partnerships
Julie hosted three inspired educators from Norway’s Haramsoy skule across XPD and Plover, while Norton welcomed six visitors from Wales. Geoff presented the XP ‘Big Picture’ to these international guests and collaborated with Jayne at Plover on admissions marketing for Early Years, while Ricky also spent time sharing our practices with the Norwegian delegates and developing the XP Unpacked user guide. By opening our doors to the world and sharing our stories, we ensure our adult Crew is constantly challenged and supported to empower our students.
Elevating Beautiful Work
Our environments must demand Craftsmanship and Quality, showing students what is possible when they work hard. Chris was a powerhouse of curation, creating Plover’s ‘Blue Planet’ display, Carcroft’s KS1 ‘Power of Play’ boards, and establishing the new Arts printer protocols alongside Ricky. Grace completely refreshed our spaces by creating new Crew boards at Green Top, preparing XPE art for print, and redesigning the character trait mascots for Carcroft.
Sharing Stories of Impact
Geoff captured the vital, community-driven work happening to expand the Plover Pantry and critiqued Plover’s student podcast work ahead of their upcoming product. Meanwhile, Grace shipped out milestone 10-Year Books, and the entire Comms team spent Friday at Green Top aligning with staff on future Learning Expeditions and business as usual.
