Over the past few weeks and Half term the facilities team completed 7 jobs from the repairs and requests log a few less than we normally achieve due to longer periods of annual leave taking place over this time.
2 repairs and 3 request at XPD

Green Top had the problematic carpet flooring removed, a liquid damp proof membrane applied before a new Vinyl flooring was laid, big shout out to the contractors for going above and beyond and working over the weekend to complete these works after the damp issue was found under the original flooring.
Preparation work for the summer EYFS project also took place through half term by the facilities team making sure we are on track to deliver this project on time through the summer break.
The 5 year electrical test and inspection was also completed over half term in XP with the vast majority of the 75 defects resolved and only a few minor observations remaining.
