Building Crew
Julie developed a new Performance Development record for all Trust staff and initiated plans for a staff evening event, ensuring our adult Crew is supported to model our Character Traits. Alongside managing SEC and IRP administration, she booked new school visitors and began putting together the yearly stakeholder report. Ricky produced the Outdoor Learning Staff Crew Induction Journal collateral to steep new educators in our values from day one, while also working with Chris on Jeff Tech High planning. Geoff put our belief that teachers are learners into practice by delivering targeted CPD to Plover staff on how to capture podcasts.
Curating beautiful work
To inspire Craftsmanship and Quality, our environments must reflect our high expectations. Chris installed four vibrant graffiti art canvases at XP and produced a massive suite of large-format outputs, including Crew Boards for Green Top, HoWLs boards for NJS, and Outdoor Learning signage for Plover. He also conducted a detailed curation walkaround at Carcroft with Ricky. Grace finalised the Viking Codex, initiated a new Toby’s Law display for the XPD entrance, and prepped HoWLs posters for classrooms across the Trust.
Connecting to the Community
We share our stories to build community and advocate for positive change. Geoff spent time in the field at Carcroft and Green Top capturing authentic reflections on building Crew during the First Week Back, while wrapping up a documentary draft highlighting the power of play in EYFS. He is also actively driving our community partnerships and admissions marketing. Meanwhile, Grace is editing fresh photos for the Carcroft site and designing a new Alumni Spotlight poster to celebrate our graduates’ ongoing impact.
